50 Hour (20 Days) Yoga Teacher Training Offline And Online

The 50 Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Sahas Yoga School, India centre is a short Yoga TTC program over a duration of 20 days. This programme is best for those who are really keen to know basics of yoga and if they are completely new into the yoga practices. This course will give traditional knowledge of yoga in a simpler way. It will be a great first step to move toward yoga and implement yoga practices in your day-to-day routine.

Also, it’s a best option to take small step towards your yoga career and will give you a smooth path for your yogic self-study. After this course you can easily develop the yoga hobby with good fundamental understating of yoga.

These 20 days class will be daily 2.5 hours with one small break. The course will be designed with Fundamentals and practical and teaching methodology. For asana practices, our school focus on Hatha Yoga. Classes will be offline at Sahas Yoga centre and link will be provided for online students.

100 Hour (40 Days) Yoga Teacher Training In Sahas Yoga School

The 100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Sahas Yoga, India, centre is a short Yoga TTC program over a
duration of 40 day. This course will be the best opportunity for those who wants to take small step
into the career of yoga with proper traditional practices of yoga. This course will be based on
fundamental of ancient yogic knowledge and well-structured with important subjects like shatkriya,

pranayama, asana, meditation and many more.

This course will be the life changing experience for students and best approach toward psychological transformation

These 40 days class will be 2.5 hours with one small break per class. The course will be designed
with Fundamentals and practical and teaching methodology. We focus on Hatha Yoga. Classes will

200 Hour (60 Days) Yoga Teacher Training Offline And Online

The 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Sahas Yoga, India centre is held over a period of 60 days
training. Sahas Yoga school believes on ancient pattern of yoga and the other side yoga has
becoming popular in modern generation for its physical practices, in this teacher training our
teachers will confluence the yoga asanas and other essential aspects, science of yoga and spiritualty and put in front of the students.

200 hours TTC covers ancient method of pranayama along with kumbhaka bheda, shat kriya, asana practices,

Along with benefits and contraindications, yoga philosophy and ethics, yoga anatomy, connection
between Ayurveda and Yoga and meditation. For asana practices, our school focus on Hatha Yoga asana.
